Avery Row make beautiful products, they have a very strong brand and a loyal and adoring customer base. 

Despite all of this sales weren't as high as everyone believed they should be. Previous paid media activity wasn’t helping Avery Row achieve their full potential. 

The Nest conducted an audit across all of their advertising channels and found a number of areas where significant improvements could be made.

SOLUTION

Significantly reduced the number of Ads and Adset within Paid Social accounts, giving the algorithms their best chance of finding new customers, ensuring high performing activity was being prioritised. 

Consulted with the marketing team to ensure that creative messaging was appropriate considering audience targeting. 

Developed and deployed a clear, robust test-plan, maximising learnings for continuous improvement. 

Introduced new channels including Google and Pinterest to help find more new customers and drive efficiencies.

OUTCOME

Of the 12 months The Nest have been managing digital media activities, Avery Row have had their ‘best month ever’ five times. 

• Average monthly Revenue has increased 66% YoY
• Average monthly Transactions have increased 39% YoY
• Improved Paid Social CTR% by +60% YoY 
• Increased Paid Social ROAS by +102% 

All of this in the context of Apple’s iOS 14.5 update that has significantly impacted other advertisers' marketing performance.
